কখন এই service
MOHRE-এর Register Labour Complaints service contractual obligation breach হলে employer বা employee-কে labour claim register করতে দেয়।
মূল condition
Employee Ministry database-এ registered থাকতে হবে। একই employee-এর pending complaint/court dispute থাকলে restriction প্রযোজ্য, official exception ছাড়া duplicate complaint করা যাবে না।
কী তথ্য লাগে
Service process passport number, name, date of birth, nationality এবং ID details চায়; employer side-এ establishment/licence data লাগে। Supporting claim documents থাকলে attach করা যায়।
Fee ও service duration
Submission-এর আগে MOHRE service page-এ current fee এবং estimated completion time আবার যাচাই করুন।
Resolution কীভাবে হয়
MOHRE competent officer parties-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে amicable settlement চেষ্টা করেন; সমাধান না হলে case appropriate court-এ referral হতে পারে।
