তিনটি platform-এর ভূমিকা আলাদা
Absher government services, Nafath national digital identity verification এবং Qiwa labour-sector services-এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। একই password বা একই workflow ধরে না নিয়ে প্রতিটি official platform-এর current sign-in instruction অনুসরণ করুন।
Identity ও mobile information আগে মিলিয়ে নিন
Registration বা sign-in problem হলে নিজের identity details এবং account-এর সঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত mobile information সঠিক আছে কি না যাচাই করুন। Nafath identity verification-এর ক্ষেত্রে official IAM/Nafath flow ব্যবহার করুন।
- Official URL/app থেকে শুরু করুন
- Identity ও mobile information মিলিয়ে নিন
- OTP/verification code কারও সঙ্গে share করবেন না
- Unknown link বা agent-এর login request এড়িয়ে চলুন
Qiwa access-এর আগে employment context যাচাই
Qiwa labour-sector services-এর unified platform। Employment contract, employer বা transfer-related কাজের আগে আপনার current account এবং employment information official Qiwa/MHRSD channel-এ মিলিয়ে নিন।
Account access না হলে
বারবার ভুল password/OTP চেষ্টা, third-party login service বা paid unlock offer-এর বদলে সংশ্লিষ্ট official support/recovery channel ব্যবহার করুন।
